EXECUTIVE BOARD
Carolina Juara
Co-Founder/President Carolina is a current senior at Immaculata-La Salle High School. She is a member of the Science National Honor Society and President of the National Honor Society. Inspired to bring her love of science to her community, Carolina created “Full STEAM Ahead” which hosts interactive STEM projects and experiments in various, local aftercare programs, including the Leadership Learning Center and Centro Mater in Little Havana. She developed the group's website and social media presence in order to expand our interaction with the community. She is also the creator of various STEM videos, which can be found on the organization's YouTube channel. What Carolina enjoys most about Full STEAM Ahead is the children’s eagerness to learn, create, and innovate.

Fiorella Durand
Vice President Fiorella is a current senior at Immaculata-La Salle high school and President of the Science National Honor Society. She assists in the planning and execution of the different STEM experiments and projects at the various centers and in organizing volunteers. She brings her knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm to working with the kids. What Fiorella most enjoys about Full STEAM Ahead is the opportunity to share her love of science with future generations.

Isabella Juara
Co-Founder/Media & Technology Specialist Isabella is in her second year at University of Miami. She co-founded the organization while a student in high school. Besides participating in the different STEM projects, she organizes and assists in the promotion of media for the organization. She contributes to the creation and editing of the videos on the Full STEAM Ahead YouTube channel as well as information on our website. Isabella especially loves the one-on-one interactions with the children at the different centers.

Our membersOutside of the Executive Board, we have a great group of members that regularly volunteer in the community programs and experiments. Many are students in the Science National Honor Society and are excited to bring their knowledge to kids in the community.
